Our Mission:
Our mission is to engage seniors and those who are disabled with chronic medical conditions so that they can remain in their own homes. With the help of their families and or caregivers, their medical professionals, and city resources we keep people out of nursing homes or other insitutions. All this leads to a much better quality of life for our clients and our community uses less resources keeping them healthy. We work with the SF Department of Public Health in acknowleding that housing is a part of good health care.

Healthcare Services We'll make sure you get the healthcare your doctor orders. •Skilled Nursing •Dietary & Nutrition Counseling •Podiatry •Personal Care Therapies SteppingStone's professional staff provides the therapies you need. •Physical Therapy •Occupational Therapy •Speech Therapy Medical Social Services We provide social and support services to keep you living independently. •Caregiver Respite •Mental Health Services •Patient Advocacy •Crisis Intervention •Coordinating Community Resources Activities SteppingStone offers a wide variety of culturally diverse and stimulating activities. •Physical & Mental Exercise •Gentle Stretching & Tai Chi • Art & Music Therapy • Multicultural Celebrations •Stress Coping Activities Transportation We offer door-to-door transportation to and from our centers and on special outings.
