Our Mission:
TCWF uses the collective strength of community leaders, political and social advocates, and the entertainment industry to improve the quality of life for others in our community, address issues of health and wellness, and prepare our youth to be tomorrow’s leaders.
About:
TC Wallace Foundation (“TCWF”) was founded in St. Louis, MO in 2009 as a donor scholarship program for disadvantaged students. The scholarship was established in memory of Thelma and Cleveland Wallace, two well respected individuals who gave their hearts and souls to helping others. A few years after their passing, their granddaughter ReAnn Hines founded the TCWF as a way to continue their legacy and service the nation by changing lives, one star at a time.
TCWF uses the collective strength of community leaders, political and social advocates, and the entertainment industry to improve the quality of life for others in our community, address issues of health and wellness, and prepare our youth to be tomorrow’s leaders.
No part of the net income or contributions of the TCWF are utilized to the benefit of, or is distributed to members, officers or other private persons except as authorized by the TCWF to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered or to make payments in furtherance of its purposes.
As a non-profit organization, no part of the TCWF’s activities shall be for propaganda purposes or otherwise attempting to influence legislation in a lobbying role.
The TCWF conducts all of its activities in accordance with the rules that govern organizations whose tax status is 501(c) (3).
