Our Mission:
To foster an ideal of service and professional development through fellowship, integrity, and a dedication to affecting tangible change within local and international communities.

About:
The Silicon Valley Rotaract Club is comprised of young professionals interested in career, personal, and community development. Inaugurated in 1968, these independent, member-organized clubs focus on young people engaging in service and leadership within their communities. As the Silicon Valley Chapter, we have a unique opportunity to engage with a vibrant and innovative community of cultural, technological and organizational innovators, making the Bay Area a better place for all its diverse residents. We are directly connected to and work on a regular basis with Rotary International, the largest service organization in the world. Our actions, along with the actions of all Rotary/Rotaract Clubs, are determined by 4 guiding principals, known as the Four-Way Test. The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for Rotarians to use for their personal and professional relationships. The test has been translated into more than 100 languages, and Rotarians recite it at club meetings: Of the things we think, say or do Is it the TRUTH? Is it FAIR to all concerned? Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned? If you are interested in joining a worldwide network of professionals and all-around do-gooders, do not hesitate to join us for a meeting or service event at any time. We would love to meet you!
