Hello! Looking for an opportunity to hang out in beautiful Balboa Park more often? We are located right in the park! The volunteer program at the Fleet is critical to meeting our mission of inspiring lifelong learning by furthering the public understanding and enjoyment of science and technology. The volunteers interact first hand with the visitors and have the opportunity to create a lasting impact on their experience at the Fleet. The positions that we have available range from guest service to tinkering to gallery facilitation and more! Volunteers can set their own schedule and since we are open 7 days a week it is very flexible. They can apply directly online at: http://www.rhfleet.org/about-us/volunteer/how-apply.
